This staff and dentist are the best! They did a wonderful job with my 7 year old daughter. They were kind and patient with her. I’ve never been to a dentist like them. I highly recommend these folks! They have a lifelong customer with me. They explain everything and worked with us every step of the way! They deserve ten stars!!!!!

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot ! Everyone from the woman at the front desk to the dentist himself did an outstanding job. They were efficient and quick I felt included in the process. Second visit I’m not embarrassed of my smile anymore! Great place

I'm new to Paragould and I've been searching for a good dentist to go too that would accept my insurance. First of, the receptionist was rude. Via phone call. Secondly, I asked if they could run the insurance just to see if they could approve it and she told me that she hadn't heard of that insurance ever and that I should try somewhere else. Didn't even try to help. If they had ran it and said no we don't take it, that would have been an acceptable response. BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY AND TURNED ME AWAY WITH EVEN THE SLIGHTEST HESITATION. I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE NOR WILL I BE BACK! 🤬🤬🤬 Edit: They called me after this review and reached to find out what happened and for that I am grateful. Maybe they aren't so bad after all. However, I'll have to wait and see how dental procedures and appointments go before they get a 4th or 5th star.
